Regrettably, most of these types of films are brainless, ham-acted, direct to video crud for the WWE crowd, and admittedly I only saw the first in the series. This movie though and Mr Atkins surprised me and, despite budget constraints, carried with it a satisfactory underlying story. The fight choreography throughout, notably so the initial fight which spurs the protagonist onward to redemption, is very well done. Again, I normally don't bother with this genre, but Boyko Undisputed really is shockingly a diamond in the rough and every bit worth the time.
